Disclaimer and privacy

This is how we handle your personal information;

To be able to treat you, we need to know a few things about you. For example, your name and address, along with any necessary medical information. We store this information. By choosing treatment at Xavier Clinics, you automatically agree to this.

  • We work on the basis of the treatment agreement as described in the Medical Treatment Agreements Act (WGBO).
  • Your data will remain with Xavier Clinics and will only be shared with third parties if necessary for your treatment. If required by law, we will ask for your permission in advance.
  • Would you like to know what data we store about you? Please send us a written request.
  • If you believe that the information we hold about you is incorrect, you may request us in writing to amend it.
  • You can ask us to delete your data. If we do this, we may no longer be able to treat you responsibly. Because we are legally required to retain your data for 20 years, we store it in an invisible archive that is inaccessible and unusable by our employees.
  • If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to store your personal data, we may no longer be able to treat you responsibly, and we will store your data in our archive (see above).
  • If you disagree with how we handle your personal data, please let us know.
  • If something unexpectedly goes wrong with your data, you will receive a message.
  • We only use your data to treat you properly and not for any other purposes.
  • Not only you, but also your data is in safe hands with us. We do everything necessary to ensure this.
  • We always ask your permission to store your data if you are not receiving treatment from us.
  • Even when we receive data from third parties, we adhere to the above rules.
