Xavier has a clear complaints procedure.
Unfortunately, you may be dissatisfied with the care provided by Xavier Clinics. Fortunately, we have a clear procedure in place specifically for our valued customers/patients to handle complaints. We take complaints very seriously, as we always strive to improve.
We'd be happy to discuss your dissatisfaction with you. However, you can also submit a complaint to us without speaking to us. You can submit your complaint by email to complaints@xavierclinics.nl. We will try to resolve this complaint satisfactorily within 4 weeks.
If you do not wish to contact Xavier Clinics directly to discuss your complaint, you can do so via our external complaints committee. Under the new Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz), healthcare providers are required to join a recognized Disputes Committee and appoint an independent complaints officer. We are affiliated with the Disputes Committee and independent complaints officers of DOKh. You can find more information at www.dokh.nl
