Sleep Fill

Sunken or hollow to sleep can give the face a tired, older, or severe appearance. The temples play a crucial role in facial balance and are often underestimated. Xavier Clinics we are specialized in the subtly filling the temples for a fresh, youthful and natural look.

The treatment is always carried out carefully and medically substantiated, with an eye for the entire face.

How do sunken temples develop?

Sunken temples are usually caused by:

  • Natural volume loss due to aging

  • Decrease in fat and bone structures

  • Loss of collagen and elasticity

  • Genetic predisposition

  • Weight loss

When the temples fall in, the face may appear narrower and the eyebrows, eyes and cheekbones receive less support.

Filling your sleep with filler: our approach

Filling the temples is a technically and anatomically complex treatment. That is why at Xavier Clinics it is performed exclusively by experienced cosmetic physicians with extensive knowledge of anatomy.

Our approach consists of:

  • Extensive facial analysis

  • Use of high-quality hyaluronic acid fillers

  • Safe injection techniques with minimal amounts

  • Focus on subtle volume enhancement and natural contours

Goal of treatment:
Restoring volume to the temples and creating a soft, harmonious facial balance without it being visible that a treatment has been performed.

Result of sleeping fill
  • Fresher and softer appearance

  • Restoring facial balance

  • More support for the midface

  • Immediately visible results

The result holds on average 9 to 12 months on, depending on product choice and individual factors.

Frequently Asked Questions about Sleep Pads

What does sleep filling mean?

Temple fillers are a treatment that uses hyaluronic acid filler to restore volume to the temples and give the face a fresher appearance.

Is sleep padding safe?

Yes, provided it's performed by an experienced cosmetic surgeon. The temples are a sensitive area, so we work exclusively according to strict medical protocols.

Is the treatment painful?

Most fillers contain a numbing agent. If desired, a numbing cream can be applied beforehand. The treatment is usually well tolerated.

How long will the treatment take?

About 20 to 30 minutes, including consultation and treatment.

Don't I look unnatural?

No. At Xavier Clinics there is a subtle and natural result central. We never "fill" the temples, but only restore the lost volume.

When will I see results?

The result is immediately visible, with an optimal effect after approximately 1 to 2 weeks.

What are possible side effects?

Mild swelling, redness or bruising may occur and usually disappear within a few days.

Can sleep supplementation be combined with other treatments?

Yes. Sleeping up is often combined with cheeks/cheekbones, jawline or skin boosters for a complete and harmonious result.

How long will the results last?

Average 9 to 12 months.

Consultation with the doctor

Before all treatments, a consultation is scheduled. During this consultation, the doctor will listen to your wishes and explore the options available to achieve them. The doctor will thoroughly inform you about the pre- and aftercare, the expected results, any risks, and the recovery process for the chosen treatment.

The treatment

Once you've chosen to undergo treatment with us, we'll ask you to complete a medical questionnaire and sign a treatment agreement beforehand. If you take a lot of medication, please bring your medication list to your appointment.

Photos will be taken of you both before and after the treatment for your medical records. In some cases, the skin is locally anesthetized with a numbing cream or anesthetic solution before the treatment.

Aftercare

After the treatment, you will receive an aftercare form by email. You do not need to stay at the clinic and can go home immediately. It is common for the skin to be red and swollen after the treatment, and sometimes some bruising may occur. These side effects will disappear on their own. It is important that you cool the treated area well with the cool pack you received, if advised. If you experience severe bruising, we recommend applying Arnica cream to the treated area.

It is recommended that you avoid applying makeup to the treated areas for the first four hours after treatment. Exposure to intense heat (sun, sauna, or tanning bed) is also discouraged for one week after treatment. We advise against having a facial for two weeks after treatment. You can assess the final result after two weeks.

If you have any questions about your recovery, please feel free to contact us.

Risks

The risk of complications is very small. As with any procedure, there is a small risk of infection or allergy.
