Do you want to submit a complaint?

Xavier Clinics has a clear complaints procedure in place.

Unfortunately, it is possible that you could be dissatisfied with the care provided by Xavier Clinics. We process any complaints by our valued clients/patients according to a clear procedure. We take complaints extremely seriously, as we are always looking for ways to improve our service.

We would love an opportunity to discuss the reasons for your dissatisfaction. However, you can also submit a complaint without further discussion. Please send an email describing your complaint to [email protected]. We will do our best to resolve the issue satisfactorily within four weeks.

If you’d prefer not to interact directly with Xavier Clinics to present your complaint, you can also appeal to our external complaints commission. The new Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (WKKGZ) compels healthcare providers to associate themselves with an approved arbitration committee and independent complaints officer.
