Are you suddenly unable to attend your appointment?
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows enough time to offer your seat to someone else. We are happy to help you cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you do not cancel your appointment in time or do not show up for your appointment, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the reserved seat time.
